Strength In Numbers
Strength in Numbers is a way to perform resistance training under the watchful eye of an experienced certified personal trainer.
Enjoy the support of a group as you build muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility. We will use resistance bands, dumbbells and our own body weight as forms of resistance. Bring your mat, stability ball (optional) and dumbbells (also optional). Infuzion will supply the resistance bands and a beautiful facility that features mirrors you can use to check your form and symmetry during exercises.
Small groups meet either once or twice a week at the following times:
Attend your first class for just $10.
Rates are $159 if you come to twice a week or $99 for once a week per 8-week session.
If you cannot commit to coming to classes every week, you might consider purchasing a pre-paid punch card for $65. It includes five classes you can use at any time during any session and it doesn't expire.
Call Infuzion to enroll. Payments are due at least 24-hours before the first class.
No fitness membership is required to attend the class during the session. Alumni of this program are eligible for the discounted gym membership of $19 per month with a $25 joining fee.
Julia Rose is a life-long teacher and personal trainer, certified by the American Council on Exercise. She specializes in exercise programs for women and for programs in osteoporoses treatment. Professional memberships:
