Beautiful Bones is an osteoporosis prevention exercise program, based on extensive university research, that can make a difference in your bone health in as little as one year.
The program includes specially designed weight-bearing and resistance exercises that, when combined with calcium supplementation, can significantly improve bone mineral density at skeletal sites at risk for fractures on postmenopausal women. However, this program is not only for women: 33% of men older than 75 years of age have osteoporosis.

Strength in Numbers is a way to perform resistance training under the watchful eye of an experienced certified personal trainer.
Enjoy the support of a group as you build muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility. We will use resistance bands, dumbbells and our own body weight as forms of resistance. Bring your mat, stability ball (optional) and dumbbells (also optional). Infuzion will supply the resistance bands and a beautiful facility that features mirrors you can use to check your form and symmetry during exercises.

Circuit training balances strength-training exercises and cardio movements to improve overall strength and endurance.
This program keeps you moving! Exercise machines, dumbbells, stability balls, and treadmills are combined into a lively workout that tones muscles and burns fat.
