Group Strength Training
Circuit Training
Circuit training provides a whole body workout by incorporating both strength-training exercises and cardio movements. This program offers a highly efficient way to improve your overall strength and endurance.
Studies show that circuit training helps women to achieve their goals and maintain them longer than other forms of exercise or diet. This is achieved by keeping your body in motion throughout a series of relatively simple exercises. You will use exercise machines, dumbbells, stability balls, and treadmills over the course of a typical workout session.
Small groups meet Saturdays at 10:45 - 11:40 AM. You are encouraged to start any time. The routines are easily to learn and new-comers are always welcome.
Attend your first class for just $10.
After that, 6-week sessions are $75. This is pro-rated if you join after the session has begun.
If you cannot commit to coming to classes every week, you might consider purchasing a pre-paid punch card for $65. It includes five classes you can use at any time during any session and it doesn't expire.
Call Infuzion to enroll. Payments are due at least 24-hours before the first class.
No fitness membership is required to attend the class during the session. Alumni of this program are eligible for the discounted gym membership of $19 per month with a $25 joining fee.
