Beautiful Bones
Beautiful Bones is an osteoporosis prevention exercise program, based on extensive university research, that can make a difference in your bone health in as little as one year.
The program includes specially designed weight-bearing and resistance exercises that, when combined with calcium supplementation, can significantly improve bone mineral density at skeletal sites at risk for fractures on postmenopausal women. However, this program is not only for women: 33% of men older than 75 years of age have osteoporosis.

Small groups meet either once or twice a week at the following times:
Meet in the Infuzion gym and workout under the supervision of a certified personal trainer with special training in osteoporosis prevention.
Attend your first class for just $10.
Rates are $159 if you come to twice a week or $99 for once a week per 8-week session.
If you cannot commit to coming to classes every week, you might consider purchasing a pre-paid punch card for $65. It includes five classes you can use at any time during any session and it doesn't expire.
Call Infuzion to enroll. Payments are due at least 24-hours before the first class.
No fitness membership is required to attend the class during the session. Alumni of this program are eligible for the discounted gym membership of $19 per month with a $25 joining fee.
